Evaluation
Some installations built on our tools are available for public access, feel free to use them to get a first-hand impression about our software.
If you are interested in evaluating our tools, please feel free to test them. They are available through:
- the new plone4bio project, where we have put together some of the technologies behind our Bioinformation Management System and have released it as an open source project: read more, or go directly to the project page:

- the Bologna University Biocomp server where you will find tools that we are porting to the new Plone-based Bioinformation Management System:
- the Biosapiens Network's site of the European Institute for Genome Annotation, hosted by the Bologna University Pongo server, about all-alpha transmembrane proteins annotation;
- The Bologna University Anthropology Institute's Molecular Anthropology BioBank, from which the HaPlone application was born.
Some servers, built on our technology, have also been described in past "Web server special issues" (2005,2006) of the Nucleic Acids Research journal.
